In addition to a large campground and an extensive trail system, the park is noted for the free spring water that can be obtained at Mt. Blue Spring.

The park consists of acres of woods, marshes, wetlands, fields, and river shoreline and is also scattered with retired naval bunkers. 2. General Benjamin Lincoln House

The General Benjamin Lincoln House is a National Historic Landmark at 181 North Street in Hingham, Massachusetts. It was the birthplace and principal residence of Continental Army Major General Benjamin Lincoln (1733–1810), a well-respected military leader of the American Revolutionary War. The home was built in 1665 by Thomas “The Cooper” Lincoln.
